How do I get help with my server during off hours or weekends?

Our IT Service Desk is staffed 24/7/365. Please contact the Service Desk at 514-4100 to initiate a support request. The on-call system administrator will be paged for customers who have signed up for our extended system administration service. For customers with the standard system administration service, an incident ticket will be created and assigned to the support team and will be acted on the next business day.
